Can you link to the page please, as per the forum rules. Using columns.width should be enough, but the browser can override if it thinks the assigned width is in error (that's just how table layout in browsers work). Allan

Currently no - there is no option to change the data property after initialisation. You would need to destroy the table and create a new one with the new options. Allan
