If I understand correctly, you could set bUseRendered to false - this would keep the original data in DataTables internally, but show the rendered string in the table.

@fbas Solved! This is what I ended up with. It now works (ASP.Net VB.net WebForms)

probably because the text "Non-System" contains the text "System" so filtering by "System" that matches both values.

You can customize various language elements, including the 'entries' info text, by passing in an oLanguage object
