Foreign Characters Search

HI, Datatables is working great in my site, the search function its perfect... too perfect... because when i run a search for a player with a foreign character, like Fàbregas , entering Fabregas, without the accent, or Aguero ( without the ¨ over the u) it doesn't return any result... i want to retrieve results even if i don't use accents, or characters like ç , å , etc.... how can i do it?
