I want to buy datatables to use in my ASP.Net MVC 5 app, but i can not find any documentation to related to this, why?
I want to know how to do editing.

DataTables is free open source software available under the MIT license. Only the Editor component is commercial software - are you referring to Editor?
The .NET download of Editor includes examples that focus on using WebAPI since that fits nicely with the Editor client / server model. There is documentation for how to use MVC controllers with Editor on the Editor site.
