Double quotes around some options

Hi all,

Why is the "lengthMenu" option surrounded by double quotes, whilst others (such as paging and columns) are not?

It doesn't need to be. it can be, but it doesn't need to. I've tried to be consistent with not having the quotes for the parameter names, but I don't always manage (particularly from my old code where I consistently did try to add them....).
