Save state in a URL parameter

It would be great to add support for deep linking to pre-sorted tables. This would be similar to saving state, except that it would append state to the url as parameters, instead of saving it in cookie.

This is crucial for any sort of sharing, deep linking, and bookmarking of DataTable-driven sites. Of course, it would be easy enough to roll your own solution for this, but it seems like something which belongs in the core library (or at least in Extras).
