Activate select click event

Hi everybody!
I'm new on using DataTables, and I am really happy with them, really nice app, thanks!
Mean while, I had an idea of using it also to make the change on some stocks, it is all working except if the table isnt showing all rows the data collected is only from the ones that are visible.
I need a way to show all data so I could send it too server, I've tried a few things, but can't get a way to select the "-1" value from the select trough the javascript, I mean, I've selected, but the rows remain with the same number.
How can I manualy apply that event?
Or is there anyway else to put all rows in the table but hidden?
