Trouble using Click or On per cell with unique 'url'

I will say I'm posting multiple problems relating to this example.
In the example I have, the user can click on the blue or yellow boxes. When that happens, an alert will be displayed.
The expected format of the string in the Alert should be:
Date 'Array Index' 'Column header'
Instead what happens is the date is correct for that row, but the index/header always returns 12/Ax3STM.089 even tho I can prove the proper data should be used.
Can more than 1 Click or 'on' with a unique 'URL' be used per row?
