Individual column search in top and scroller in foot ?

how to make it possible to create a horizontal bar in footer and title row and also filter rows in top ?

scrollx=100% or scrollx=true makes a scroll bar but its overlapping a column search boxes.

If you just need the filters in the header, instead of the footer, id use YADCF plugin, by @daniel_r
