Hi, could anyone let me know the limitation for number of rows that can be exported with file export?

If you are using server side processing there is a limitation to the rows being displayed on the page. See this FAQ.
Otherwise there is no builtin limitations. The web browser, amount of data and other factors might cause issues with large data sets.
