sProcessing not shown Internet Explorer 7

Hi guys
I have this strange behaviour in datatables with Internet Explorer 7.
I have a server side processing with an animated gif as sProcessing value. In internet explorer 7, the first time the table loads, the sprocessing image is not shown. If then I filter or change pages the sprocessing images shows correctly. If I change the mode to Internet Explorer 8 the sProcessing shows always.

Please help me, I am losing my hair on this!
