Problem in column updation

Hi, while updating the column, I am getting the error 405 (Method not allowed). I checked the post data which is as below:
value=User+account+will+be+locked+after+5+attempts&id=1&rowId=0&columnPosition=2&columnId=3&columnName=%0A++++++++++++++++++++++++Key+Description%0A++++++++++++++++++++

Please let me know what could be the problem. Add and delete functionality is working fine.
