urgent : json data without aaData

Hi,
as per following post
http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/2560/json-data-that-does-not-have-aadata-node/p1

Its not needed to aaData value. With sAjaxDataProp as empty string it should work. But it does not.

Please provide your valuable input.

Can you give us a link to a test case showing the issue please. This should work (it is in the unit tests and all tests are passing at the moment).
