FixedHeader fixed left column breaks with colspan/rowspan headers

's which contain seems to break FixedHeader with {left:true}.

See http://live.datatables.net/udosus for an example. If you play around with different window sizes and sorting on different columns, then you will see the fixed left column be positioned/sized wrongly a lot of the time.
