Bootstrap pagination plugin causes table to disappear

Hi,
using MVC3 Razor views with Bootstrap. When I try to apply the bootstrap plugin for pagination the table completely vanishes.
Sometimes I can see it briefly appear.
Is there anything I should be aware of please?

    If you could give us a link, that would help speed the process up. Beyond that, are you using the very latest bootstrap integration files for DataTables: https://github.com/DataTables/Plugins/tree/master/integration/bootstrap ?
