I have dates pulling from MS SQL and formatted mm/dd/yyyy on the form.
I am building the HTML and then initializing dataTable on the table.
The dates sort as text entries.
I can build a custom sorter; however, if I can get the existing functionality to work I'd prefer that.
My site is internal and cannot be viewed over the net.
If you have some debugging advice, I'd appreciate it.
