Column Swapping

I have a table with 5 columns but I only want to show 2 columns at a time.

I want to be able to click on the column name of the second column to swap which column is shown in that place and use the arrows as targets for sorting.

This is close to, but not the same as, the ColVis Extra (http://www.datatables.net/extras/colvis/).

Easy to hack using the API?

No need to hack at all I think - just use fnSetColumnVis to set the columns you want to be visible.
