Headers not sized properly in firefox when using sScrollY, since 1.9.3

As of 1.9.3 when using a scrollable table the headers are no longer the correct width in Firefox. They seem okay in Chrome.

To give more detail, it seems like the headers are pushed left by the width of the scrollbar, and the table contents also are pushed left by the same width. It looks as if the scrollbar is to the right of both tables.

I can provide a screenshot if needed.

Unfortunatly this looks like an error that occurs only in Firefox Windows - I've been unable to reproduce it on Firefox Mac. I'm planning to commit a fix for the issue tomorrow, which will immediately be available in the .dev version. I'll post back when done.

This has now been addressed in the 1.9.4.dev nightly which is available on the downloads page and will be part of 1.9.4 release when we ship that.
