DataTables.Net Asp.net GridView CheckBox Column

I am using DataTables.net with my GridViews. I have added a TemplateColumn with a checkbox in it. I then postback and try to read the select checkboxes. If I do not use paging or searching I can get all the checkboxes that are checked.

If I use paging it only finds the ones that are current page, if I use searching it only finds the ones that match the search. Any Ideas? How I can get all the rows that are checked. Is there an easy way to fix this? Or and easy way to turn off datatables then turn it back on after the post back with the paging/searching intact?
