ColVis two tables example broken

Both produce the JavScript error "TypeError: oColumn is undefined @ http://datatables.net/release-datatables/media/js/jquery.dataTables.js:6654"

Interestingly this actually works perfectly with the latest DataTables and ColVis nighties ( http://datatables.net/download ). Could you try with the latest nighties please?

It seems that there is something in this website's header that is preventing the example working.

If the "fw_header" header div is deleted, everything works as expected (regardless of whether you're using stable/nightlies).

Note that Chromium gives a slightly different error to Firefox (but on the same line):

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'asSorting' of undefined
