feature request: expand/collapse on deepobject row "keys"

For instance, in the deepobjects example:
http://editor.datatables.net/release/DataTables/extras/Editor/examples/deepObjects.html
if the first column were absent (Browser) then you could collapse the table to just rows with unique Rendering Engine. Each row could have an expand arrow. When the user expands then the rows for it would appear. Could appear as-is in the current implementation or could appear offset by one row.

    Currently nesting child tables / groups in such a way isn't really possible in DataTables. It kind of is using methods such s the one here: http://datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/advanced_init/row_grouping.html - but "real" grouping will be a DataTables 2.0 feature - and that's likely a good little way off, with 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12 planned before then.

    @Allan,

    That demo doesn't show the collapsible option of the row groupings plugin, but it does work, very nicely. Several of our reports use it and have even enabled the sub groupings feature.

    I would like to add my "ME TOO" to this feature request! :)

    Yes - there is no collapse option in my grouping example. Its a little bit of a workaround to be honest - until this is properly implemented!
