TableTools incorrect HTML: block-level element added to anchor

TableTools generates the following HTML for a button, which seems incorrect to me (DIV inside A, EMBED inside A)

its not strictly valid HTML - that is correct. But I'd be very surprised if any browser rejects it (I've certainly not had any reports of it) and its really a work around to let the Flash export button work. Ideally there would be some kind of local file save and clipboard API in Javascript - but it doesn't look like one is coming any time soon.
