PHP Server Side DOM Example

Does anyone have a PHP page similar to the one on this page - https://www.datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/data_sources/server_side.html - but that is designed to be used with DOM instead of AJAX?

Like this one: http://datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/basic_init/zero_config.html ? All you need to do is have your PHP output and HTML table (view source).
