Pagination and Sorting Enter key focusing to the top of the page

Hello Experts,
I'm using the latest version of data tables i.e. v.1.9.4, with this in Mozillla FireFox the tabbing and navigation, sorting, pagination working fine.
But in IE when ever i start the jaws start sorting 2 times or when i'm in pagination link hit enter key the focus is going to the top of the page instead focusing to the next element.
Even FireFox also issue but consistent.
