in ColReorderwithresize.js we can't save the order and the widh of columuns which not is the case of ColReorder.js.
in ColReorderwithresize.js the state of "ColReorder":["0","1","4","2","3","5","6","7","8","9","10","11","12","13"]} nevrer changes.
