Does anyone know how to combine the row grouping example (http://datatables.net/examples/advanced_init/row_grouping.html) with PDF printing using table tools?
I have an example at http://live.datatables.net/egezuk/5/edit - in this attempt the table buttons don't appear; I did once get the buttons to appear but when the PDF was generated the grouped column and the second column data were overprinting in the first column, and there were no group rows.
