use copy_csv_xls_pdf.swf to convert a page to pdf

I have a table of user informations. From that table I have used fancybox jquery plugin to show
particular user information as a form. Now I need to convert that particular form into pdf. Is it possible to
use the copy_csv_xls_pdf.swf to convert the rendered page into pdf??

No - that file is not an HTML to PDF converter. It simply creates a simple PDF table. Nothing more nor is it intended to do anything more.
