pagination: implemented four_button_scrolling and full_button_scrolling

Saw the post =>http://datatables.net/forums/discussion/4018/pagination-combine-full-numbers-and-scrolling/p1 ,the day before yesterday and implemented a script for four_button_scrolling and full_button_scrolling by merging scrolling script with the default datatable pagination types,which supports almost all browsers(tested firefox 23.0.1,chrome,safari 5.1.7,ie7,8),feeling good.
