FixedHeader Extra Breaks with jQuery 2.x

It appears that FixedHeader relies on jQuery.browser to do feature detection and jQuery removed this mechanism for good in 2.x (it was deprecated before that point).

This is discussed in a number of other threads - if you use the nightly version of FixedHeader or from git it will work just fine :-). https://github.com/DataTables/FixedHeader
