Refreshing the browser/window to work the application

In the DataTables edit window I can edit some product item. It's working fine, but the images(thumb images) for the product is not displaying when I select the product first time. If I close the edit window and then click on the product again, it shows up the images or if I open another product it shows the old products image (not the opened product image). All I can see is it needs a refresh to work on every time.

I have similar issues in adding product, when I add a product it doesn't shows it in the table. But if I refresh the browser it shows up.

I can see some other issues are solving automatically , if I refresh the browser.

What I am doing wrong?

If anyone had the same issues and already solved it, please share with me.

i'm afraid I don't know what the issue is here. Can you link me to an example page showing the problem so I can look into it and debug it.
