Data Tables layout without table tags

I want to display table with "Div" and CSS. Can someone guide me how to achieve it for DataTables?

I don't think you can. DataTables is designed to enhance HTML tables, the home page says:

If you don't want to use a table then DataTables isn't for you, sorry.

As essexsteph says you can't. DataTables is a table's library. It is not designed for using divs to create tables, which is wrong semantically and for accessibility anyway. DataTables does not and will not support such a mode.
