Adding copy - print - pdf buttons

I am re-doing my table where do i add the code to have the copy - print - excel - pdf buttons. As shown here: Customising the PDF output (adding text and orientation)

You add the `T` option into your sDom parameter, and also include the TableTools Javascript and CSS files. There is an example here: http://datatables.net/extras/tabletools/

Where can i find these files:
site.ccss
complete.min.js

I downloaded v1.9.4 files were not in there unless i missed something....did i miss something???

Both of those files are specific to the styling of this web-site and shouldn't be needed for any other site (unless you want to copy the styling of this site, which I wouldn't recommend - it needs an upgrade!).
