error While adding new row with DataTables.editable

I am getting the error [quote]"DataTables warning(table id = 'DataTables_Table_0'): Requested unknonw parameter 'application_id' from the datasource for row 5" [/quote] When clickign on confirm to add a new row to my table. After the error the form still submits, updates my database. and the table updates. Trying to figure out why I am getting this error. can anyone help.
