Freezing columns breaks header hight alignment due to long header names

Hi All,

I have client requirement to freeze left most column.

Issue : It breaks alignment of first column header height.

Root cause : due to header name length of other next column is very big and for first column it is short, it is wrapping text on the next line for other columns and makes height of that div bigger compared to first column header

If any one have faced this kind of issue, plz help me for the solution.

Sorry, but we need a test case as stated in the forum rules. This is to give us at least a chance since otherwise we are just guessing and taking up everybody's time.
