How can I bypass the Save as Dialog Box. We have an issue where under IE if the Filename is changed it saves it as an unknown file type (I know if we uncheck the Hide Extensions for Known File Types) I can just change the file name and leave the extension as it is. But I just want it to save the file directly on my PC without asking me to do a Save As.

You cannot bypass it. That would be a massive security risk and Flash simply does not provide an API to give that ability.
