Pagination doesn't work as exampled

No amount of digging has revealed to me how to make the "full numbers" feature work as shown in the example (with clean boxes).
This only ever shows a smear of "FirstPrevious12345NextLast".

Using Chrome, FireFox, or IE 10.

Where are the settings that allow the pagination to show as the example demonstrates?

Looks like you might be using a stylesheet which came with a different version of the JS you are using. Your DataTables JS version is 1.8.2, so either you want to use the CSS from that package, or I'd suggest updating to 1.9.4 or even 1.10 beta.
