Table rendering incorrectly with individual column filtering - Bootstrap 3

I am using the latest required Bootstrap 3 integration files. When I use the individual column filtering with input elements, the table width overflows. But on removing the row with the filtering input elements, the table displays perfectly. Here is the Datatables debugging code - 'eqosec' for my site. Even the examples on http://next.datatables.net/release-datatables/examples/api/multi_filter.html seem to be rendering incorrectly while rest of the examples render correctly. Is any fix available?
