DataTables version 1.9.4 - Change font color for table header

Hello all,

I'm using DataTables-1.9.4 and I'm very happy with this tool and I'm also a newbie.

I would like to change the font color for the table header: how can I do that? which file and which sections do I have to modify? style.css or demo_table_jui.css?
