X Scroll Bar Underneath Fixed Left Column

Hi! I noticed in the examples that the x-scroll bar does not appear underneath the fixed left column (using FixedColumns). Instead the scrolling area begins at the first non-fixed column, which is the behavior I would like to see. I haven't been able to get that to work, though, using v3.0.0 of Fixed Columns (the x-scroll bar runs all the way to the left underneath the fixed columns). It seems to work using v2.0.3. Any suggestions would be appreciated...

FixedColumns 3 was rewritten to show the scrollbar under the whole table. It was felt that this was an improvement to the UX and it also allows several performance enhancements to be made. It is not possible to have the scrollbar under only the non-fixed columns in v3.
