Search box is not aligned correctly

This is my first post here and I really need your help.

The Search Box and the dropdown box with paging numbers are not aligning correctly on my page.

Can someone please point me to the css file so I can modify it a bit?

Even better, is there a link about fixing Search box mis-alignment?

Search your css file(s) for dataTables_length and dataTables_filter.

I should have mentioned that you should check your sDom configuration as well.
