Can anyone tell me how to translate the words "From" and "To" showing up when using a range filter?

What range filter? Is this in one of the third party plug-in filters for DataTables? If so, you might be best asking on their issue list (where ever that might be).
Alternatively, you could just edit the code of whatever plug-in you are using.
