Do we have any performance measurements document or statistics for datatable available ?
Basically I am looking for say if we have x number of columns and y number of rows to be displayed in table it takes this much time.

No, as it is dependant on a huge number of other factors such as processing power, RAM, browser, browser version, JS engine, internet connection speed etc. It would be very difficult to be able to give a benchmark performance and be able to compare it to anything else.
