jQuery UI tabs

Hi

I am using Jquery Tab : http://jsfiddle.net/tNRwZ/18/

Its working fine. But i want my second tab (sha-2) should be active first

ALSO how i can make active tab with users wise , i means if i have 3 tabs then the resp. tab should be active only to resp. user .. else other tab should be disable or inactive or not clickable
