Hi,
I am using the latest version 1.10.1
I went through the entire documentation and could not find any mention of RTL support.
Have I overlooked something ?
And if not, dose somebody can provide an external RTL css they had a good experience with ?

It should work yes. From the upgrade notes for 1.10: http://datatables.net/new/1.10#Right-to-left-layout-support .
Any feedback on that particular feature is very welcome as it isn't something I'm well versed in (rtl layouts that is).

Yes but with bootstrap it seems not to play so well. Just putting dir="rtl" on the body suppose to make it RTL ? as far as I understand I need to replace swap "right" and "left" in all elements and css clases.
I see - I wasn't aware that you were using Bootstrap. The bootstrap integration file for DataTables doesn't currently have rtl support. I'll add it to my list.
