I'm relatively novice to javascript, datatables. I've made a custom page (http://tny.cz/b1e378e8) based on (http://jquery-datatables-row-reordering.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/default.html)

1. After dragging rows up or down, numbers in left most column should refresh. It is not happening in my case. What am I missing?

2. Is it possible to have columns as textEdit or combobox , taking input from user. see image ( http://imgur.com/TqOWhzF ).
   There's a form input api ( http://www.datatables.net/examples/api/form.html ). Is it possible to have form input with reordering.

if not possible , kindly suggest other ways by which I can take user input for each row
