How to use multiselect row with highlight, hover, striped, checkbox selection and bootstrap theme

Dear all, first I would like to thank the developer of this wonderful tool DataTables. I am a newbie in this filed with almost next to no knowledge of datatables. My project requires a table with checkbox on each row and a checkbox at header to select all of the checkboxes in row (select all rows). I also want my tables to highlight rows and check checkboxes on clicking on row. Sort the rows. Also I want to know how I should retrieve which row is selected and perform operations on selected rows like delete and pass it to php page. Please somebody help me. I have been working on this only since last 15 days. I am helpless here. Please please help me.
