statesave with jquery append

Hi eveybody,
first sorry for my bad english
to save the state of columns after reorder i use activate stateSave in my dataTable initialization : "stateSave": true
this work well if i display data with php , but when i use jquery append , the header save his state , but the data don't match the header title .

how can i fixe that please ??
