a couple of months ago i posted this question:

Why there is no support for fnSelect for Flash Buttons?? Is there any special reason??

No reason - that's a bug! Thanks for flagging it up.
I'm planning a rewrite of TableTools to start in a month or so, and I'll be cause that this is addressed in it if I don't get a chance to do so before.

Fixed here and I'm just about to rebuild the nightly with the fix.

Worth pointing out that the select callbacks for TableTools are really sub-par at the moment I think - will be addressed in a new plug-in which should happen later this year.
