Remove "No data available in table"-row on empty tables

Hey,

is it possible to simply remove the whole row? Not only the text? I am working with a script that lets me add rows and the tables are always empty in the beginning. If I add a row the "No data available in table"-row will just stay on top of my tables and that doesnt look so well.
