Web Page Scroller not working (Bootstrap)

I have a live site www.dealibaba.com/

It has a vertical scroll bar and for some reason it is not working. The content are hiding behind the bottom menu. The menus are designed by 'Twitter Bootstrap'

I have no idea what is going on. Any feedback will be appreciated.

I have done rails for a little time and I am medium in my expertise level. A few hints could get me rolling.

Where is the use of DataTables at www.dealibaba.com/ ?

According to the debugger it isn't used at all...

You might want to ask on StackOverflow or similar for general Javascript questions - this is a forum for DataTables and its extensions only.
